The Kenco Rewards Club is where points turn into rewards – and each reward has been chosen with the environment in mind, so that can’t be bad.

You’ve already joined us on our ’eco-journey’ as we reduce packaging, recycle and save energy to help everyone move towards a more sustainable future. So we wanted to reward you.

Each promotional pack holds a unique code redeemable at www.mykenco.com Codes are automatically converted into points online, that can then be collected and used to redeem rewards.

Look out for the promotional packs of Kenco:

• Kenco jars (100g and 200g)
• Kenco Eco Refill pack (150g + 275g)
• Kenco 100% Brazilian, Colombian, Costa Rican and Peruvian (100g)

The first step is to register online and create an account with us for yourself or your business. You’ll find a unique code inside promotional packs of Kenco you buy for home, or at the base of catering packs for businesses. Each time you enter a code, you’ll unlock points and these can vary depending on the Kenco pack. Once you’ve collected enough points, you can pick from a wonderful range of Kenco Rewards for yourself or your business to keep or gift your points to charity.

My Kenco members
Simply head to www.mykenco.com and you will be directed to the registration page to set up an account. Your email address will be your username and you will need to create a password. We’ll send you an email once you register, confirming your details so file that somewhere safe.

Kenco for your business
Go to www.mykenco.com/professional and you’ll be asked to register your company and set up an account. Your email address will be your username and you’ll need to create a password. Once the registration process is done and dusted, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

That’s easy.
Once you’ve created your account, you can sign in at any time by going to the Kenco Rewards Club homepage at www.mykenco.com. Here you can simply pop your email and password in the box on the right hand side of the page and click ‘sign in’.

Don’t worry, it happens to us all and is easy to fix!
Simply click ‘Forgot your password’ in the sign in box, enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link so you can reset your password.

Sign in and go to the Manage Account page. You will be able to see how many points you have collected so far and what you have spent them on. When you are in the Manage Account page you can also edit your Personal Details.

If you remove your account you will lose all your points and not be able to claim great Kenco rewards.

To enter your code simply sign in to your MyKenco account and go to the ‘Add points’ box.
You’ll find this on the right hand side of most pages, once you’re signed in.

Every code is unique and you can only enter it once. Once you’ve entered your code, points will be added to your account and you’re ready to start getting rewards!

Does your pack feature this promotion printed somewhere on the packaging?

There should be some instructions on the back/front/side/at the base of your pack. (HINT: the unique code should be printed inside promotional packs of Kenco you buy for home, or at the base of catering packs for businesses)

Are you entering the right code?
Packs often feature many codes including barcodes or batch numbers. Your unique code will be printed inside the promotional pack of Kenco.

Are you on the right website?

Each code can only be entered once.

Every Kenco Rewards Club code is unique and can only be entered once. Please Contact Us with your pack details so we can help you. We may need to ask you for proof of purchase, so hang on to your promotional packs and receipts!

Each code will expire 18 months after it has been entered, and all points attached to that code will be lost – so make sure you redeem them!
You will be able to check the expiry date of all your codes on your Manage Account page.

Sometimes you may be asked to send us codes as proof of purchase, so please hang on to them and keep them safe.
Each Kenco Rewards Club code is unique and can only be entered once, so don’t give your codes to anyone else. There are security alerts in place to monitor unusual activity so this might freeze your account.

You should receive your reward within 28 days of placing an order. To check your order, sign in and go to the Manage Account page. Here you can view and track the status of your order.
